These terms apply to this website and to the purchase and use of EduJet, the Academy, School & Coaching Management System developed by The Optimum Webs ("we", "us"). By using this website or buying the software you agree to these terms.
1. The software and licence
On full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use EduJet for the institute (and number of branches) named in your order. You may not resell, rent, sublicense, copy or redistribute the software, or remove our copyright notices. The software, its design and source code remain our intellectual property.
2. Packages, prices and offers
- Prices shown on this website are starting prices in Indian Rupees. The final price depends on the package (Basic / Pro), modules, branches and customisation, and is confirmed in our written quotation.
- Taxes (GST), domain, hosting / server, SMS, WhatsApp and payment-gateway charges are extra unless the quotation says otherwise.
- Offers and discounts are valid only for the period shown, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time before an order is confirmed.
3. Payment
Installation starts after the agreed advance is received. The licence is activated after full payment. Payments are made by bank transfer, UPI or other methods we confirm in writing.
4. Installation, training and support
- We install the software on your hosting / server or ours, set up your branding and provide online training to your staff.
- Free support and updates are provided for the period stated in your quotation. After that, support and updates are available through an annual maintenance plan.
- Support covers using the software and fixing defects. New features, custom reports and changes requested later may be charged separately.
5. Your data and responsibilities
You own all the data entered into the software and are responsible for its accuracy and for having the consent needed to store the personal information of students, parents and staff. You are responsible for keeping your logins secret and for taking regular backups when the software runs on your own hosting.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Because the software is delivered and installed digitally, payments are non-refundable once installation or the licence has been delivered. If we are unable to deliver what was agreed, we will refund the amount for the undelivered part.
7. Limitation of liability
The software is provided with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data caused by your hosting or misuse, or for third-party services (SMS, WhatsApp, payment gateways, hosting) that are outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where The Optimum Webs is registered.
