This policy explains what information The Optimum Webs collects when you visit this website about EduJet, and how we use it. We respect your privacy and collect as little as possible.
1. Information you give us
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your name, phone number, email and the details you share about your institute. We use them only to answer you, give a demo, send a quotation and provide the software and support you ask for.
2. Website analytics
To improve this page we keep simple, anonymous statistics on our own server: pages viewed, the website that sent you, device and browser type, which buttons were clicked, where on the page clicks happen (a "heatmap") and how far the page was scrolled. For this we set two first-party cookies containing a random number (ej_vid for one year and ej_sid for 30 minutes). We do not store your name, phone number or IP address in these statistics, and we do not use them for advertising.
3. Third-party services
- YouTube — the demo video loads from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) only when you press play. YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the video.
- WhatsApp — buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Messages you send are handled by WhatsApp under its privacy policy.
- Fonts and icons are loaded from Google Fonts and a public content-delivery network.
4. Sharing
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only when required by law or with service providers who help us deliver the software, under confidentiality.
5. Data inside EduJet
Information that institutes enter into the EduJet software (students, parents, staff, fees, results) belongs to that institute and is stored on its own hosting or server. We access it only when the institute asks us for support.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information. Enquiry details are kept as long as needed to serve you and for our legal records; anonymous statistics may be kept longer in summary form.
7. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. To see, correct or delete the information you have given us, contact us using the details below.
